Terms of Agreement:

            The information provided in this website is not a credit report and shall not be used as a legal document or implied as legal documents. Carriers who use this website must provide their current MC (Motor Carrier) number to enter this site. The motor carrier must have at least a satisfactory rating. The carrier who submits information to this site must have a proof of delivery attached to their statement about the implied shipper. All statements given will contain only facts and no opinions and will agree to be proofread by the administrator of this site. User shall not indemnify and hold this site responsible for any and all loss or damages for information provided. All POD's added to this site must be at least 90 days old from date of invoice.

            The information on this site will stay for as long as the submitting carrier wishes and can not be altered by any other carrier, only by the administrator under strict codes set forth. For information on the administrator rules please see the section on rules of the administrator.

Prohibited Use         

User agrees not to pledge, lend, sell, or lease the MC number for access to this site. User will be subject to legal action by this site.

Limitation

Shippers Credit does not express or imply the authenticity of the carriers statements or PODS. Shippers Credit shall not be liable for any loss or damage to users or any customers listed on this site. This agreement shall be governed by as construed under the laws of the State of Tennessee. In the event that a dispute shall arise concerning the terms, conditions, or performances under this agreement, then the dispute shall be settled in the appropriate State of Tennessee-State Court or Federal District Court for the district of Tennessee only.

Shipperscredit.com is committed to respecting and protecting our customers’ privacy.  We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect Members' information.  Our employees are bound by a code of ethics that require confidential treatment of customer information and are subject to disciplinary action if they fail to follow this code.

Customer Information is categorized in the following ways:

  1. Identification Information - information that identifies you, such as member name, MC#, telephone number, and password.
     
  2. Application Information - information you provide to help us on applications to determine if you are eligible to become a member.
     
  3. Transaction and Experience Information - information about transactions and account experience, as well as information about our communications with you about shipping companies and trucking brokers.
     
  4. Making sure information is accurate - keeping accurate information is very important for all members.  Shipperscredit.com requires a true and accurate Proof Of Delivery on all delinquent company reports.
     
  5. Honoring your preferences - all members have the ability to remove any company that they have added to the list of delinquent sippers or trucking brokers.  This can be done in a variety of ways including an email request, written request, fax, or by phone.
